ALPA Pairings/Rotations Construction Scheduling Workshop

ALPA’s Economic & Financial Analysis Department is pleased to announce our next Scheduling Workshop: Pairings/Rotations Construction, which will focus on

• Pairings/rotations construction systems, including Scheduling Committee involvement and/or oversight of planning parameters (such as trip mix), optimization, and final review of resulting sets including fatigue analyses.
• Current/best practices, technical considerations, software applications, pairing/rotation construction contract language support.
• Time for groups to collaborate around specific pairings/rotations vendors. Particularly, breakout time will be set aside for S3RUS, Jeppesen, NavBlue, AdOpt, and any other vendors used per requests.

Who

Attendance is limited to pilots who are pairings/rotations construction experts and/or Scheduling Committee members. This event is a union-only workshop with no employer or vendor participation.  

When

The workshop will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, July 28, and is scheduled to conclude at 2:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 29. Full daily schedule TBD.
